Senior Sales Manager/Manager(Card & Loan) - Financial Service

Our Client, a famous Japanese financial service company is expanding business and looking for suitable candidates to join their team:

Job Description
-Develop effective strategies and marketing propositions and drive main card usage and build loyalty
-Plan, design and implement credit card utilization / retention promotion programs to achieve business targets and build awareness
-Responsible for the strategic marketing management function of card or Loan products and services
-Monitor the business and sales performance by channel & campaign, recommend tactical initiatives to achieve business target
-Initiate, develop and implement digital and data-driven projects for target segment
-Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
-Degree holder or above
-At least 6-8 years experience in corporate Banks or financial industry
-Proactive, innovative with remarkable organizing & problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer centricity
-Business minded with excellent project management skills
-Creative with strong marketing and analytical skills
-Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong strategic thinking capacity with the ability to translate concepts into business insights
-Strong communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English
-Well understand about card association scheme and guideline for Senior Manager
