Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese Shosya is now looking for suitable candidates as the following
Job Description
- Follow-up sales orders
- Liaise with Japanese HQ by email and phone
- Handle inquiries from clients and Japanese HQ
- Prepare invoice and other related sales documents
- Contact external parties (e.g. factories and logistics companies)
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good command of Japanese, Mandarin and English.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- 2-3 years working experience as a Sales Assistant or Shipping Clerk is preferred
- Cheerful, outgoing, self-motivated
- Willing to work in small office ( 2ppl+this position)
Package
Mon-Fri 9:00 – 18:00
Transportation, Medical, DP,
Annual Leave : 5 days / 1st, Max: 15 days
