Company Overview
Our clinet Japanese Travel/PR company is looking for Japanese speaking Assistant with following requirements.
Job Description
-Assist Managing Director for Sales call in Hong Kong, China and Macau.
-Promoting Japanese Prefectures, outbound traveling products, Magazine, QR code platform and related business from Japan.
-Contact, deal and maintain good relationship with clients.
-Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
-Handles any duties/admin tasks or ad hoc projects as assigned.
-Inspection / business trip to Japan, China and Macau.
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years sales experience preferable, fresh graduate is welcome.
-Excellent in spoken Cantonese, English, Putonghua, Japanese (N2 level or above) is preferable.
-Proficient in written Chinese, English, Word, Excel, Power Point of MS.
-General knowledge in internet, basic computer skills
-Self-motivated, responsible and independent without supervision.
-Willing to travel for business trip.
-Experience in related to Japan, travel or media industry will be considered on senior title.
