Company Overview
Our client, a famous consumer electronic company is seeking for talent to fill up the team.
Job Description
Handle full spectrum of HR functions including C&B administration and operations; facilitating staff recruitment; support employee performance management, learning and development, and employee relations, etc.
Provide expatriates support including but not limited to working visa handling, insurance management and housing support
Organize training & employee relations activities such as annual dinner, Christmas party, staff outing, other company events, etc.
Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines
3 years or above hands-on HR experience
Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance
Excellent computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent verbal and written Cantonese and English, Mandarin will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills with different levels of staff
Capable of meeting deadlines and working under pressure
Immediate available is preferred
