Job Description
Our client, to provide IT solutions to the International Banking, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing...etc. They are now seeking a right candidate to join their team.
Accounting Officer
Responsibilities:
- Perform AP, AR duties in accounting and prepare journal entries, vouchers, data input.
- Handle receipts, payments, expenses claims and inter-company transactions.
- Support in annual audit and liaising with internal / external auditors for tax related issues.
Requirement :
- Diploma in Accounting / Finance.
- 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting works.
- Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheet.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV System is an advantage
- Japanese speaking is an advantage (not a must for this job)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines.
