仕事詳細
Responsibilities:
- Perform coordination work between vendor and customers. Such as orders and delivery arrangement, AR & AP issues, price control and etc.
- Documentation and other ad-hoc activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferably in business or marketing related discipline
- Over 2 years’ experience in sales coordination role (Fresh Graduate with related academic knowledge will also be considered)
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, aggressive, well-organized and responsible
- Good team player and with strong communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Capable to communicate in Japanese (N2 or above)
- Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Power point and Excel)
