To maintain their service at the highest standard, they have a well-established relationship management team to tailor their customers' needs. They are now inviting customer service/client-facing talents to join their professional team.

Job Descriptions:
Handle clients' inquiries in Japanese and introduce relevant company servicesMaintain close relationship with clients and follow up their requestsDeal with Japanese institutional business partners to facilitate workflow and enhance service qualityUpdate team with ongoing case and carry out ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
2-3 years or above experience in Business to Business (B2B) / Business to Customer (B2C) Sales / Coordination / Customer Service roleFluent Japanese with JLPT N1 preferredCommunicative in English (Cantonese is not needed)Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with positive attitude
**More senior candidate will be considered to managerial grade**
