Job Description
1.Organize and coordinate administrative activities, this includes greet visitors and customers, make travel arrangements, collect expense receipts; prepare and process forms for reimbursement, filing, monitor and help manage office equipment operations, ,etc.

1.Minimum 2 years' relevant working experiences
2.Post-secondary graduate or above
3.Good written and spoken English
4.Good at Word & Excel
5.Knowledge in Japanese and Mandarin is an advantage but not essential
