E-Commence Assistant Manager

Our client, a famous young fashion retail is looking for a talent to fill up their team

Job Description
•To work closely with the manager to execute and achieve the business objectives and projects;
•Initiate, executed and manage O2O and the online sales strategy to increase sale and brand exposures through all marketplaces and website;
•Responsible for the website development with in-house & 3rd party agencies;
•Ensure the accuracy and schedule of all product launches, marketing campaigns and other customer interaction;
•Analyze traffic and efficiency in e-commerce daily and optimize the website, processes, and flows.
•Manage and accountable to P&L for all channels including but not limit to monthly sales target and budget control

Requirements
•Degree holder in Marketing, E-Commerce or related disciplines;
•Minimum 3 year experience in E-Commerce with exposure in retail business is preferable
•Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
•Proficient in social medias and online stores
•Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•Proficiency in MS Office application(Strong in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing)
•Immediate available is highly preferred
