Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese trading company which is dealing with semiconductors and electric components is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Arrange shipping schedule and inform customers
-Communicate with customer and supplier to keep good relationship
-Input the data of order, stocks etc.
-Prepare the quotation
-Moving the carton and putting label on the goods in the office will be required occasionally
-Visit clients in Shenzhen/Dongguan(around 4~6 times a year)
-Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Fresh graduates are welcome
-Excellent command of Mandarin
-Good command of English
-Advantage if they have knowledge reading Japanese emails
-Someone who is stable, good communication skills and detail mind
-Immediately available
