Company Overview
Our client, a famous Japanese characters company is looking for a Designing Manager to fill up their team.
Job Description
Manage and design retail projects from creative concept to delivery, and continue to develop design guidelines
Manage the design as well as all communications and process of retail design standards between internal parties & external vendors
Oversee design development, documentation, production, installation and quality checks of retail outlets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Designing or related area with a min. 8 years of retail
Strong technical knowledge with ability to trouble-shoot production issues and manage various parties involved from design through to production issues
Exceptional presentation, organizational and management skills
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
High proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suites and other design software
Business level in Japanese Speaking (N2/JLPT2 or above), fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
Short notice candidates are highly preferred
