Company Overview
Our client, a global commercial kitchen equipment company is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
- Prepare full set of I/E shipping document
- Coordinate with factory and handle shipping arrangements
- To help in inventory management and inventory reports
- To handle full set of shipping documents and declaration
- Provide office administrative, clerical support
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 2 years of shipping experience
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
- Proficient in MS office
- Self- motivated, well-organized, responsible and detailed mind
- Immediately available is preferred.
Package
- 10K～14K
- Mon-Fri(8:30am-17:30pm)
- Double Pay with Discretionary Bonus
- AL 1st year 7 days, Max 14 days
