Our client, a Japanese electronics manufacturer, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Responsibilities
Handle sales support documents and other related paper work
Provide simple secretarial support to superiors
Contact factories, customers and suppliers for follow up
Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or above with 1 years or above related working experience
Good command in Japanese (N1) & Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office (Skillful in Excel and Word)
Immediately available is highly preferred
