Application Engineer, Asia Pacific

Our client, a global company with offices in US, APAC & Europe is looking for someone to fill up the position:


Assist in managing the Demo Center daily operation.
Responsible for digital file preparation, sample printing and live demonstration.
Work closely with sales team and channel partners on pre-sales activities, including travels to present solutions (PPT), demonstrations of SW, and other Q&A from customers, and the management of escalated technical and user support enquiries.
Conduct application training to partners and end users, consult and apply the technology and Business Solutions that we can offer to our customers.
Analyze, coordinate the workflow design, technical feasibility and color management between internal team and customers.
Support in the development and production of Solution Guides, and Samples Kits in sales kit for sales team.
Attend and support in trade shows, open house, seminars, and/or other events.
Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirements 


University/High Diploma graduates in Textile/Printing or related technical disciplines.
At least 2 years' working experience in digital printing industry is required.
Presentable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in English and Mandarin.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, strong knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience in RIP software and Color Management is required.
Experience working very independently in a fast moving, entrepreneurial organization with minimal support staff.
Background working in a multi-national company or environment.
Willing to travel in Asia Pacific and internationally as needed.
