Our Client, a global industrial equipment company is now looking the candidate as below requirement -
Job Duties:
•Perform full reception function in a professional manner•Responsible for general reception duties including greeting visitors, handling telephone calls, mailing services etc •Provide general administrative and clerical support to HR & Admin. department•Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
•Higher Diploma with 1 year relevant experience•Excellent telephone manner, greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner •Cheerful, good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, organized and attention to details•Good PC knowledge including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing•Good command in Mandarin, English, conersational in Japanese speaking is required •Immediate available preferred
