Work details
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for Japanese products' set-up and website content maintenance to enable an ever-changing and exciting browsing experience for our customers
- Assist customer enquiries handling on social media to uphold YAICHI's branding and service quality
- Responsible for marketing content creation for eDM, social media and other offline promotional channels, working closely with the design team to curate visuals.
- Assist management to prepare market and competitor research and analysis for marketing strategy design
- Responsible for marketing campaign setup in promotion platform to boost various business objectives, e.g., boost registration, increase order value, encourage revisit, etc
Requirements:
- Creative, self-motivated and familiar with Japanese culture.
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
- Japanese Speaking is preferred (JLPT level 3 or above).
- Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or relevant discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Familiar with Digital marketing, content writing, editorial or related areas.
- Good PC skills; familiar with social media platform
