We are seeking a communications professional who is looking to develop their skills and experience as well as to grow with us, based in our Hong Kong Office. Your role will be to build and project manage business opportunities specifically with Japanese partners, particularly targeting those brands in relevant sectors such as travel, tourism, hospitality, property and luxury lifestyle.
The right candidate will demonstrate a talent for managing account delivery, communicating between external partners and internal teams for business referrals, and developing relationships/ ensuring communications plans are well executed. Key Skills Required:
Creative and driven professional with a minimum 4-6 years’ experience in an agency or an in-house role with direct experience working in public relations and marketing.
Able to work independently to handle new business opportunities, especially from Japanese clients, providing excellent account servicing and project management.
Strong media relations with proven results alongside a broader understanding of the APAC media landscape.
Awareness of social media and digital landscape, with some background in social media planning and/or strategy.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
Native Japanese and fluent in English (knowledge in Chinese an advantage)
Living Experience in Japan with excellent knowledge of Japanese work culture is an advantage
