About the company
Our client is a renowned entertainment business leader in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Restaurant General Manager for one of their high-end Japanese restaurant located at the busy urban areas in Soho offering varieties of dining to large international community.
Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant
- Lead and supervise the team to deliver high quality of customer service and operation efficiency
- Monitor and keep close control on service level, food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
- Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and forecast of the restaurant for management review
- Implement marketing plans designed by marketing department, as well as taking care of PR issues.

- Working experience in Japan and Japanese cuisine restaurant is a definite plus
